Cashflow forecasting tool

The agency was forecasting on stale data spread across multiple systems. I built an internal forecasting tool that integrates with our accounting software via API and pulls open quotes, signed quotes, invoices due, and invoices paid into a single cashflow forecast. Now used daily for financial planning and operational decisions.
